Happy New Year from TMG!
As the new year begins, we step forward into the future with exciting plans, strong commitments, and lofty goals. We want to take a moment to reflect on 2022, another record year here at TMG, and give you some insight into what’s coming up in 2023.
2022 At A Glance
2022 was another outstanding year of growth and success for us, and by extension, for our clients. We refreshed our brand to match our commitment to staying ahead of the evolution of technology and providing the best service to our clients, continued our track record of significant growth, and even won an award.
TMG was presented with the Leadership Award for being the Best IT Services Company from Technology First. This award recognizes “individuals and teams exemplifying Technology First values: Creating a Community to Share Knowledge, Grow Business, and Build for the Future,” and we couldn’t be more honored to accept.
One of the core pillars of our company, and what sets us apart, is our culture of family, faith, and togetherness. We celebrated our team Christmas party on December first. It was wonderful to share this time of celebration and warmth with all of the TMG family, and we had a blast. Not only did we have a good time, we also did a good deed: we were proud to support Lighthouse Youth Services with donations from each member of our team, helping them continue their tradition of helping and healing youth and families in Ohio.
Exciting Events in 2023
Our first event of the year provides a valuable opportunity for our clients to get acquainted with the new rules of CCaaS. On January 11th, we’re hosting a dinner with TMG Contact Center and CX Practice Director Tad Alper, who will give insight into COVID-19’s effect on the contact center, the practices and technologies becoming obsolete in the new year, and which solutions can help restore your contact center’s efficiency, productivity, and innovation. We’ll also give you the run-down on cloud: how it exists in our personal world, and benefits businesses in many ways, including improving CX. Join us at 6:30 PM at Tony’s Steakhouse in Cincinnati! TMG will also be hosting our annual Sales Kickoff Meeting once again, an event we look forward to each year! This event allows our sales team to become acquainted with the latest and greatest TMG offerings, networking with industry-leading suppliers to get to the heart of their offerings and gain a deeper understanding of the goals and trajectory of our company for the year. This year, we’re meeting at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort on January 23rd and 24th. We are proud to give our team the opportunity to start the year off right, coming together in a wonderful location to take bold steps toward giving our clients their best year yet with TapTMG!
TMG Continues to Give Back
As you likely know, at TMG, we’re passionate about giving back to our community. We are active philanthropists, supporting causes close to our heart both individually and as a company.
In 2023, we plan to continue our charitable giving by continuing our support of several organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Hilton Head, South Carolina, an organization we have long worked with. We are growing our charitable efforts and giving additional support to the Cincinnati chapter of this organization, along with other organizations whose missions we are passionate about.
Our Resolutions and Goals in 2023
This year, we have so many exciting things planned. We look forward to continuing our immense growth trajectory. Over the past three years, we have grown by 20% year over year, and we are excited to continue this trend. We plan to add multiple personnel in different locations, from Central Ohio all the way down to Atlanta!
More than anything, this year will bring new opportunities to provide our clients with outstanding service, valuable and innovative solutions, and the latest and greatest in technology. We can’t wait to help you achieve more, add value, and transform your IT department in 2023.
