As you may know, a large trend right now is that everyone is moving to the cloud for PBX and Contact Center and that will continue over the next couple years. Where there used to be 3 or 4 major vendors, now there is 20+ and they all sound and look the same. At our CCaaS event Tad Alper, TMG’s contact center and CX practice director will talk about best practices on selection strategy, addressing how your contact center is adjusting in a post-covid world and that the old in-office strategies are not sufficient, and how the cloud is already in our personal world and that most business’s haven’t realized the benefits of implementing a digital strategy. We will also chat about the opportunities of cloud that include but are not limited to reducing costs and increasing customer experience/ satisfaction.
